    Welcome aboard. What's your background kk? It's funny I was very active on here a few years ago during the design stage of my house (08-10). Then there was a pause and now we're building. All the mods and regular posters have changed!

    That's a CV and a half! Which of those three tickles your fancy most?

    I saw a mediator in action a while ago. He didn't have an approach that I'd have expected but got results.
