Moving house - looking at options for TV viewing in new home

We are moving house shortly (fingers crossed), and are looking to make savings in the budget where possible. We currently have the basic Sky plus the HD package as OH is addicted to F1. We are considering getting Soarsat and connecting to Polsat somehow (OH is Polish) for the F1, unless there are better options?

I wouldn't know anything about the Polish F1, but I would doubt there is any other broadcaster that puts a package together like Sky Sports F1 for the F1 addict.
