Problem with an online college.

I am not the only one with this issue.

Bought an online psychology course and they have not delivered a good service, to put it mildly. I got the voucher through one of the deal sites.

Now I have told them to either mark and return my work and diploma, or give me a full refund.

The college in regard has already lost an affiliation with one college and possibly another, so not looking like a proper organisation.

What can I do now, what are my rights? I am unable to contact them atall! and my emails are never answered! or answered in a way that is ridiculous.

    Thanks.

Did you pay by Credit/Debit card, if so you might be able to do a chargeback

Gerard, I paid by card, but that was back last September, so might well be impossible by now.

I have still not heard back from them.

It will cost you a phone call and 10 minutes of your life to check, no harm in trying.
