Internal course transfer?

    Just wondering do any of you know when you hear from Maynooth regarding a course transfer? I filled out an internal transfer form before I left in May and I was told they'd wait for my results and get back to me then. I'm pretty sure I've ticked all boxes with the results so just wondering when do you hear if you're allowed transfer or not?

    I transferred courses a few years ago, and I can't remember when they let me know if I could but I would suggest that if you've met the necessary criteria with your results and have yet to hear anything then maybe get in touch with the relevant department for more information

    Okay thank you. Do you think I should contact admissions office? I know the last day to submit the form was July 7th so maybe they don't sort out the forms until all are received. If I hear nothing in the next 2 weeks I'll ring up. Thank you :)

    Hey. I did an internal transfer last September. Instead of going through the CAO again, they let me switch courses after completing 1st year in one course to 1st year of a different course. I received my letter roughly 2-3 weeks before the Leaving Cert results came out if I recall correctly, definitely before the LC results anyway. So around now basically. I don't know depending on whether you're switching course while still progressing to the next year would make a difference to this.
