    Hi there,

    We are looking for another person for our house in the city centre. The room is a very large roof room with big en suite and fitted wardrobes, clean modern furniture. Spacious kitchen w/ dishwasher and washer/dryer, open fire-place in living room and nice garden at the back. PM for more details/pics. Landlord requests only professionals who can sign a one year contract. Price is 390 p/m incl. bins.

    Sorry about that, it is in Galway. I've edited now :) It would be an incredible bargain in the centre of Dublin.
