Just looking on booking.com at Hotels in Dublin. Prices in July are dropping like a stone over the last hour or so.

Must be the end of the world or something ;)

Maybe something to do with the Garth Brooks debacle? No huge influx of foreign visitors needing beds for the night(s) anymore.

not seeing it myself ??? in fact dont see a room for less than €100 per night over any weekend in July and most are well in excess of that.

How long have you been working for bookings.com ;)

Hotels not refunding people who arent travelling.
Equals tens of thousands of rooms already paid for that they can make more money off.
    Bonanza.

BUt it's a bargain compared to the previous price :)

Haven't been with them that long - a few months. The manager told me it's a cinch to pull the wool over boardsie's eyes and shill like there's no tomorrow. He said, and I guote, "Those boards guys aren't too sharp and very young and gullible. Get on and post in their bargains forum about cheap Dublin hotel deals"
