    Hi,
Hoping that someone might be able to help me.
I bought two thl w200 phones from tmart. All went well but on one of the phones, the camera has stopped working!
When I try to connect to the Camera app I get the following message "Can't connect to camera"
I tried downloading a new camera app but the problem continues.
Can anyone please give me some advise. I have carried out a full factory reset but no joy.
Every help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance everyone.

Have you looked at installing a different ROM?

I have this problem on my W200, but it didn't happen for the first 2-3 months, how old is yours?

It happens on 2 different ROMs for me too, so it's probably just crappy hardware. Rebooting the phone solves it, maybe 2/3 of the time it works after 1 reboot. Hope you can fix it

I got the w100 last year. This happened me and the seller on Amazon replaced it. Just last night it happened again on the newer phone :(
Seems like a hardware issue as a lot of the workarounds don't work. Pity because I like the phone itself

Can you link? Quite enjoy electrical hackery so I will try this. You should be able to get it in your video history. Even the name of the video. Thanks

*Edit* Nevermind, "thl w200 camera fix" brings up results. Thanks again

Anyone have a problem with a swollen battery on their W200? Mine is after getting pudgy enough, it lifts the back case and the battery doesn't sit right.

I know its a dangerous fault too, just wondering is it common

Had the camera problem with mine (meant f-all to me as I almost never use my camera) with no luck fixing it. Never heard of battery bulges though.

I tried that and it worked briefly. I don't use the camera that much so I wasn't bothered. But now I have a new problem as of yesterday. My phone keeps freezing and won't turn on/keeps turning off. Can anyone help?

    Ok guys,
I have a new problem with my thl w 200. My phone keeps freezing and won't turn on. Sometimes it even turns itself off. It appears to a a loose connection but I can't figure it out. I opened up the phone but I can't see anything out of place. Any advise / suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

If you have a backup you could try a factory reset, or a new ROM, and use a backup manager to restore your data
