Does anyone know why crest professional effects leaves white burned patches on my gums? and how can i stop sensitivity thanks

The simple answer is cause they burned your gums, bleach is caustic. These strips are usually fairly low concentration so make sure you are using them correctly. I do not think they are licenced for use by the public in Ireland for this very reason. Always read the manufacturers instructions and follow them carefully. If in doubt seek professional advice.
