Why has the flights to Antalya been dropped from Dublin this year? It always seemed bo be full every flight. Okay I know Thomas Cook pulled out of Ireland a good bit but surly this was an opportunity for another company to take advantage of. Also a lot of Irish have apartments on the turkish riveria aswel creating much…

Why has the flights to Antalya been dropped from Dublin this year? It always seemed bo be full every flight. Okay I know Thomas Cook pulled out of Ireland a good bit but surly this was an opportunity for another company to take advantage of. Also a lot of Irish have apartments on the turkish riveria aswel creating much more travel time to get to their destination. I hope the route will be picked up by another company or airline for 2015

I remember that Onur Air used to depart from Shannon to Turkey as charter flight for holiday makers.

Also Turkish Airlines has 2 flights daily from DUB - IST and get connection domestic flight to Antalya. I know Air Lingus has direct flight from DUB- to Izmir (another busy holiday dest. )
