    Hello there lads.Month ago i was in court but i havent a solicitor.Judge named one for me and gave me another date which is so far for me,cause i have plans to leave Ireland. My questions is what i should expect if i dont attend to court and leave Ireland ?

    Yes i was one time already but i didnt get fine or anything.Just solicitor and new summon date which is after 2 months and i got job in UK and i should leave Ireland.Im confused and i dont know what to do

    If its for real then go seek a solicitor. Tell them you are leaving to get work in the UK and see what they say.

    If you don't turn up they can make a judgement in your absence.

    Potentially you could just be arrested if you ever return to Ireland.
