Garda clearance waiting times?

    Does anyone know what is the waiting time for Garda clearance at present is?

    Roughly 3 month as far as I know.

    I have recent experience of 3 weeks waiting for clearance for all staff who apply to be careers, so definitely, it has eased, nice the form is filled in correctly, otherwise it gets left in limbo.

    Meant to say carers bloody predictive text.

    If you are ever applying for further clearance when it runs out, if you put the reference number from the old one on it will also be done quicker.

    Thats a good tip.

    It's a pity this system is so slow and a hindrance to people taking up employment
