Cancellation Issue

    Hi there. 

    I cancelled my policy with Liberty Insurance last week, by posting a letter along with my motor insurance certificate and disc. I received a letter back confirming the cancellation, but asking me to send the certificate and disc.

    Everything was in the same envelope so I'm hoping this is just a mistake. Could someone look into this for me please if I PM my details?
