Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Only you can really answer that.

At the moment, it doesn't seem to be a serious problem in your life but it has been in the past and may become so again in the future, so you have to ask yourself, is it worth the risk and the hassle? Is it that enjoyable really or has it mostly been a negative influence on your life? If it's the latter, then I think you know the answer.

    Stay safe.

Its a good thing you know how to low lie on your drinking. I think you dont have to wait for something bad happen again before you completely stop. Maybe you'll have to keep reminding yourself that anything that was too much can harm you. Keep the balance.
