The No means the horse didn't fully meet the criteria i'm looking for but were not very far of.

Irregardless of how you narrow it down, I shudder when I hear the word 'system' in relation to horse racing. There is no secret system that can be cracked. No system will foresee your horse being blocked in, unseating, refusing, falling. There are too many variables to place faith in a system and it can be an expensive lesson. Wish you all the best though.
