    Its just kind of awful now isn't it? I think by the lack of posts here it kind of shows!

    I reckoned Tara wasn't really dead, but pam confirmed it so even though I was never a fan of the character, she was there from the start for 6 full seasons and her off-screen death was pathetic.

    Almost as pathetic was Alcide's death, I could see it coming. I guess it was supposed to be shocking and all of a sudden, but Sookie whinging on about not loving him as much as he loved her...wah wah wah, I knew he was a goner, a fairly crap death as well.

    The only way this can redeem itself is if in the last episode someone puts a bullet in Sookie's head. I don't care about Laffyette and his new gay vampire boyfriend, I don't care about Jason and his annoying vampire misses, why do they always have these side stories that waste time?

    Meh, 7 eps left

    I think it's the last few die hard solders left here, I don't care I'm watching it to the end. And will probably rewatch the whole thing again in a couple of years.

    But god it's bad this year

    High body count of recurring/main characters yet not in an effective way.

    I mean it just seemed like really bad editing and camera work for Alcide's death. Hearing gunshots, Sookie shouting then showing Alcide already shot. Would've been more effective if we saw him getting shot. As it was, it seemed like it was live and they were slow at getting the camera on him.

    I don't understand why Jessica's wound didn't heal. You'd think they'd be familiar with the different bullets instead of both Jessica and Jason being clueless as to the reason.

    Didn't recognise Sarah at the beginning by either her head or cleavage.

    And I believe Lafayette's whole story in this season so far has been pointless, closely followed by Tara's mum.

    Did find the Eric storyline interesting. And the fact they keep showing Bill's family, especially his daughter, makes me think she's still around. But I'm sure they said she died.

    I had given up after ep 2 but when I heard Alcide got the bullet I had to watch. The bastards forced me to watch 99% of the garbage before I got to see a crap death (they nearly did it off camera too like Tara...strange strange editing).

    But Hoyt's Mum getting her heart ripped out? Niiiiiiice! :D

    It's a disaster though....I have no clue what's going on most of the time. I'm forwarding through the Lafayette romance.
