Hi hope can help me out.

After I left my previous role over a month ago I was emergency taxed on my last payslip. I haven't yet started my new role or received my P45.
How do I go about getting this tax back ASAP.

You need your P45 in order to progress things. Some employers can be quite slow in issuing P45s. Have you called your former employer to see where it is?

Once you have it, pass it onto your new employer. If a refund is due, they will issue it through your payroll.
