2 routes available on the day:

    Route One includes 2 climbs 115km: http://www.mapmyride.com/ie/luimneach-m/a-116-02-km-bike-ride-mapped-on-tue-apr-route-200747940

Route Two is the same route but the climbs are bypassed 75km: http://www.mapmyride.com/ie/luimneach-m/a-75-km-bike-ride-mapped-on-thu-may-09-2-route-205720384

I noticed the website has the details on the homepage: http://www.cycle4sickchildren.com/

Excellent food stop at Deebert House in Kilmallock, the halfway point, and the roads are good. Did it last year and it was very enjoyable.

Did this last yr as a new cyclist only few months on the road. Great craic there, especially when Didi the Devil jumped out at me up the hill. How I stayed on bike through fright or laughing is beyond me. Good cause - I saw during the week that C4SC are after getting approval for a disabled playground in Limerick - pity these have to be fundraised for and aren't more of them in Ireland.

Great route, marshalling and food :)

Yep a good fast pace if you like a fast spin, and a nice climb about 40k in with a fast decent down the other side.
Well done to the C4SC team and great to see people support a good cause.
