What is the make and model of the box?

    Is it still within guarantee?
Can you return it to the seller?

Anto, Unless you tell people the name of the box, no one will be able to help you.

Also what does it say on the bootloop ? Its just a logo ? What does it say on the front of the box.

no makers name anywhere on box just says saorTV hd box .What i mean by boot loop is 'when switched on it keeps switching on and off every second

If it is, you will have to ask Dave in TVtrade as there is no null modem cable method for recovery.

I think that came from the eBay seller TVtech which has some connection with TVtrade, SaorTv was their cheapie brand.
It probably wouldn't be worth fixing, you can buy the current offering for €56.95 delivered, or spend a bit more for a better brand.

Unless there is a recovery sequence I doubt you can fix these unless you jtag them. They look like one of those MSD chip boxes Zhunai/Junuo or Global make.
