Burns was taking a bit of a pasting there, Sky Sports has decided to stop working. Wonder if Burns will be winning when the feed comes back? :pac:

Ricky could be fighting like Sugar Ray Robinson and we're missing it :pac:

By the looks of it on the betting markets he's making a good comeback. He's odds on now.

Burns has been exposed his last handful of fights. He's never been the No.1 lightweight, a decent enough champion however.

Yeah it's time for Ricky to retire, he's had an amazing career and was one of the most improved fighters I've ever seen. He went from coming up short on a couple of occasions at British title level to a two weight world champion with multiple defences and 10 or so world title fights winning most of them. Fair play to him he's always come across as a decent likeable bloke and he'll go down as one of the best fighters to come out of Scotland.

I recorded this. Burns is painful to watch. Can I delete this recording?

I thought the two point win firw the Montenegran was spot on. Burns is shot. Time to pack it in. Unless he feels like having a couple of domestic level fights which would be a big come down from the level he's been at.

Two points was way off, burns was battered for 12 rounds and did very little. Sky sports commentary as per usual was shocking and the judge that gave it to burns shouldnt be allowed near a fight again.

I like burns but he was comprehensively beaten on saturday and two points only would indicate that the first round was 10-8 and the rest of the rounds were shared which imo is complete bs.

Agreed. Limited boxing skills but fit as a fiddle, which at times, was solely responsible for him holding onto his title. That being said the LW divison is weak at the moment - including Crawford in this.
