    Hi,

Just found out I have to move flights to America near the end of summer due to a change in circumstances. Does anyone know if it's possible to make a case to Aer Lingus to waive the fee of changing the flight if there is a good case/reason.

Or would anyone know where to send an email.

Depends on the T&C's of your ticket - do you have travel insurance?

"Good case" doesn't really come into it when it comes to change fees, unfortunately.

The whole reason you can get cheaper tickets is because they're inflexible. If you need a refundable / changeable ticket then they offer that option.

ya cant change without the fee, tried to do it last week, and they said their system would not allow them to change it without charging the fee... cost me E100 to change...
