HTC One: Won't boot - stays on splash screen

    Hi all

Since yesterday, i have been unable to load up my HTC One SV phone. I know that if i hit on with volume down button, it can do a boot menu but none of the options in this seem to fix things (including a factory reset which broke my heart to do - 30GB of data).

Is there any known way of fixing this? Google has not been my friend on this.

    Thanks if anyone can help.
