fis payment

    Was just wondering does anyone know much about fis i applied and got a letter saying the have received application on june 10 would it be too early to ring them or should i wait thanks in advance

    that's quite long, email them and they will tell you what date they are working on, I guess holidays are impacting times

    it takes longer if self employment is an issue as an officer makes the decision.

    i rang them this morning and was on the phone for over 35 minutes but was on hold the whole time so i have emailed them and hope to hear a reply soon

    We just recieved our fis payment after 8 /9 weeks. We did not get back payment does anyone know if this is correct or will we recieve it as a seperate payment
