Should be mild rather than warm. High teens average that time of year.

I wouldn't say be roasting hot but it be pleasant be more like Irish Summer weather when its warm not too hot but pleasant be similar to the temperatures we have at the moment maybe more. You are likely to get rain around that time though but often or not even during the winter months can be sunny most days. I know a few that have been there in January and February and it be pleasant and sun be out. Though in December and January you more likely to get rain there than in the Spring time. Since Lanzarote is an island near Africa you can almost guarantee you get some good days though you might get the odd dull one. There is a nice breeze there too if it got a bit too warm from what I can remember, I was there in July a few years back. Temps be average enough but be more mild than warm as Podger says.
