Yep, I've used them on every phone I've had for years.(Even on my Xperia Z that broke on me. But that was no fault of the protector)
And currently have them on my M8 and Lumia 1320.
A good quality tempered glass protector is an excellent addition to a phone, much more practical than the plastic ones, offers some degree of realistic protection,better colour transmission and no annoying bubbles or airpockets!
I generally use IPG or screen knight.
