Moving a boiler and radiator

We are (hopefully) buying a property in a development but there are a couple of things that we want changed

    1) the boiler - it's on the right hand wall, and OH wants it on the left hand wall, as it's liable to knock someone's head when getting up from the table (small combined kitchen /dining). I don't think it is possible as the right hand wall is a thick party wall, while the left hand wall is an internal wall.

    2) radiator - the space in the kitchen is made for a narrow fridge freezer, and we have a wider double door fridge freezer, so would need to swap the radiator to a new position, ideally under the re-sited boiler.

    3) the sink in the ensuite is protrudes too far, and we want to replace it with a more narrow profile sink (29cm)

    4) main bathroom bath - we are thinking of changing the bathroom to one that is more 'shower friendly' eg rounded space at the shower head end

What costs could I be looking at in North Dublin?

Nobody here is going to be able to give you an accurate assessment of the cost for what you require without a site visit.
The radiator move is subject to current pipe locations. The boiler move is a lot more than just lift it off one wall and place it on another. Aprt from pipework alterations there are regulations dictating, for example, where a flue can be located as it comes out through the wall.
What ever way you consider things, only a Registered Gas Installer can move your boiler.

If the house isn't finished yet it would probably be cheaper for you to get the plumber/builder on site to do the work for you

We tried, but they refuse to - apparently some in the building trade are doing well enough to turn down work.

We are hoping to get the changes done before we get the carpets and floors done, and we move in, so wanted a guesstimate to do the final bit of budget planning.
