Can you start a business while on back to education allowance

    Hello,

    I know you can work whilst on back to education allowance but can you start your own business? I am looking to work on a startup while still in college.

    It wouldn't take up too much of my time so would not interfere with my studies.

    Not sure I'm interested in this too though so post if you find out..also would it affect your grant for the next year in college as it goes on your earnings..and would you be able to claim dole in the summer?
