Hi, A friend is donating an old sony laptop which will take 1 GB in RAM, but it has to be two sticks 2 X 500. Anybody in the Cork area got this ram I can collect. He waiting months to give away the system, as I thought I'd come across the RAM before now.

is it ddr1 or ddr2? the exact model of the laptop will help and i can see what i have here.
