    powered / electric boot / tailgate opening / closing


    Trying to find a hatchback or estate or SUV with this feature. Engine size must be 2 litres or less and must have an automatic gearbox . budget is 16k . fords are out. Max of 5 years old or less.

    Finding it really difficult to find a motor that fulfill the above criteria, so any help , much appreciated.

    Skoda Superb estate has it in elegance spec, some Insignia estates have it too.

    That's an optional extra on the Superb. Some 520d have it, but you'll have to probably source it in the UK.

    Mid spec (SE) insignia estates have powered boot. Not the biggest of boots though.

    Yeah, of the cars mentioned (many tx) the bmw 520d sounds good, but resale values seem high in the UK. What are the chances of getting one in Ireland?
