Hi, I paid a booking deposit on a rental property yesterday which is due to go into agents a\c on Monday. I have not signed a lease. Because I'm under time pressure I feel now I've made the wrong decision and would like to get the deposit back. I understand , I would have to pay to relist the apt on daft etc, but legally…
