Boroimhe Hazel, Swords: management company info

I'm interested in a property in Boroimhe Hazel. However,
I'd like to know more about the management company.
Would some kind soul be able to provide me with the
management company's most recent annual report and, if
they exist, a copy of the house rules?

An important question is: what *is* the management company?
www dot solocheck dot ie appears to list 4 different
management companies for Boroimhe. (I've had to disguise
that domain name, because it appears that otherwise,
Boards.ie will treat it as a link, and I'm not allowed to
    post links.)

From an ad on www dot myhome dot ie for 63 Boroimhe
Hazel, I see that the management company appears to be
"Boroimhe Management Company (No. 4) Ltd", but I would
like to be sure. Is it documented anywhere which company
    manages which part of Boroimhe?

I expect that I could use the companies' memorandum and
articles to figure out what areas they manage, but I am
currently unable to purchase these documents from www dot
cro dot ie, as their online ordering feature appears to
    be broken.

You should be able to get the info from the CRO website. Their accounts should be published there. The "rules" should be part of your contract documents.

Of course, with a development with multiple different management companies, you need to be sure which unit yours is in.

You should ask the current home owner which company the property belongs to.

There's a Facebook page called Boroimhe Residents - you might get some information there.
