Car wont start Can high/low busbar

totay while fault finding for a small problem on my 2005 A6 BLB engine I removed the can parking bar ( I think that's what its called) in the fuse unit, forgot to put it back on and started the car! Now the car is dead and wont start, it ticks over But no lights or nothing, central locking wont work either! The link below…

The link below shows what I removed, its the black unit with the pink around it above the fuses, any help would be great as im stuck badly for car! thanks
