set up paypal for someone else

    is it possible to set up a paytpal account for someone else? is there a text you get like with gmail.It is for someone whois not good with pc's.

    Do you need DOB?

    It's simple enough to set up. I can't remember what you need exactly, but I think just name and address. Go to the paypal and sign up to see all the details. I wouldn't recommend setting up an account for someone else unless you're very close to the them ie a parent who is never going to learn how to use, as you need bank/card details to use it.

    Yes he can.

    And you also need that person's email address while setting up an account.

    I know that. He lives near me but is not good with computers. Would there be a problem when the email goes to him and he clicks it will be different ip. I will be doing from my computer. Would paypal think it was scammers
