Hexagonal structure on George's Dock platform

Hi there, They are currently erecting a hexagonal/igloo-shaped (sorry I know I'm not describing it well) wooden structure on the George's Dock platform. It looks pretty permanent. Does anyone have any idea what it is? Thanks
