Hi, I am planning an extension at the back if the house and as ill likely go over 40m2 I will need planning.

The current kingspan treatment unit is the required distance from the house but if I built the extension it would be no more than 4 metres from the house.

I am assuming it will have to move as part of the extension build?

You may end up having to replace it anyway.

The planning process will sort this out for you.

    Thanks.

Fitted in 2007 so should be good standard. Adding one more toilet/shower so some extra capacity needed but id imagine it should handle.

Only one way to find out as you say.

One piece of advice, make sure the system and the precision area comply FULLY with the conditions of the original planning.
It's highly likely that this would be a sticky issue during the application.
