I've never found that caffeine ****e to actually keep me up. Once I get tired nothing is stopping me from sleeping.

I reckon the effects vary from person to person. I get what I call a caffeine crash after about an hour of drinking any, and I end up more tired than I was prior to drinking it.

That sounds more like a sugar crash. Unless it was sugar free monster.

I used to drink 2-3 small cans of sugar free red bull at work and id feel fine throughout the day.

But if i drank even one can of sugar stuff id crash hard within an hour, and feel like absolute ****

A can of monster has insane amounts of sugar, like 12 teaspoons in one 500ml can. With the zero sugar versions i feel fine after but jaysus after a proper can im wired, then dead wrecked within an hour but still cant sleep coz of the caffeine.
