    Don't know how many here are familiar with Louis Zamperini but he was a great distance runner and a legend. He died today at 97 - a remarkable man.

    Zamperini's resilience under unspeakable suffering makes his life story an incredible read.

    After all he had been through its nice to know that he died calmly, of a good age and sound mind. A legend indeed.
