Singer (High Range) looking for a band

I'm a singer but I can also play guitar. I'm 24 and live in Lusk North co. Dublin.
The last time I was in a band was about a year ago, although that isn't counting various jams with bands/musicians. I also play acoustically on my own at a couple of open mic nights.

I have a very high range and have spent time recently working on making my full voice better so I can hit more high notes rather than use falsetto. Although considering that I also have a decent enough low end, I'm no barry white though.

I don't mind either joining or starting a band, although if i'm starting a band with someone I don't want something that will be an occasional thing. I have done that before and it did my head in cause I wanted to be playing more regularly.

I am a very capable songwriter as well. I have written and recorded my own album in a metal style but I am currently working on an acoustic one at the moment planning on having that done to be released next month.

As I say I play guitar. I think i'm best when just singing but i'm fine with playing guitar as well if it's needed.

My preferred style of music to listen to is metal or rock (classic stuff) but when it comes to playing live I'm open minded. I think because of my vocal range it gives me an edge over most male singers. I'm sure I need to work on my stagecraft but I'm not shy, I love nothing more than being in front of a crowd and trying to help them have a good time.

As far as travel is concerned I could probably do anywhere in dublin as long as there is an amp on site (if playing guitar) or mic/pa for singing. I do have a provisional license but until I have enough money to get/run a car I'm a little stuck as far as how far I can travel.

I know this was a long winded ad but I just want to try find a decent band to work with, gig with and maybe also make some money too if possible. Thanks for reading this far and if you're interested in organizing something just reply to this or message me.

Oh and also I released an album late last year http://rossmceneff.bandcamp.com/album/for-all-you-cowards-2 there it is if you want to give it a listen.
