    Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for either hotels or venues to rent by the sea in Dublin? I reckon we'l have around 100 guests. Looking around Dublin, Wicklow, Louth areas. Preferably an option to have the reception inside or outside.

    Thanks so much. :)

    Marine Sutton Cross
Grand Hotel Malahide (though doesn't look as if it has much outside space)

I had mine on new years eve at waterside in donabate. Amazing venue right on the sea made great wedding pics, and staff are amazing, as for the food, everyone raved about it

I was going to suggest the Waterside too.. Not the most modern of hotels but big enough and the location is lovely.. also a nice secluded spot if that's what you're looking for.

I wouldn't imagine their packages would break the bank either.

Portmarnock is nice, but they should have the bar in the main hall IMO.

The function room in the Links has a weird feel.because there's no windows so not the place for sea views, ditto the marine in Sutton. Howth or Dun Laoighre yacht club would be lovely venues. Grand Hotel room has lovely views but not great for weddings.
