3player on Samsung Blu ray smart hub?

Does anyone know if 3player is available on the smart hub on the blu ray players? I presumed it was the same smart hub software that was on the TVs but 3player is listed on the samsung TVs but I cannot find it on the blu ray player (BD-E6100). It was rte player and even TG4 player but no tv3 player. Just got a new…

Just got a new BD-H5500/XU from amazon.co.uk and during setup, Ireland wasn't even listed on the country list. Samsung aren't much help (emails are slow and I'm in work during the opening hours).
