    Hi there looking for some advice on bike pedals have the shimano clip on but need to change heard abt speed play pedals just like to know r they better r they worth getting ?? Are they better for Ur knees would appreciate the help

    Using Look Keos, have had a bit of knee pain lately so got a Look Keo fit yesterday from the Bike Fit Studio in Dublin. Have noticed a reduction in pain already which is the main thing! Doing the ring of Kerry at the weekend so will see if the changes have made a difference. Fingers crossed on that!
