My electric window switch on the driver side gave up today and the window is stuck part down unforunately.

The switch is making a loud whirring/buzzing sound when pressed but theres no movement whatsoever from the window.

It's been sticking and unresponsive for a while but I haven't had the time to get it looked at.

Now it's a case of having to of course!

I don't know if it's the regulator or more serious/complex but I need to get it looked at asap.

Can anyone recommend a southside or city centre based garage who might sort this without costing a fortune?
