Help with WD My Cloud

    Hi,

    Looking for some help and not sure if this is the right place,
    I have a Wd my cloud nas harddrive and am using a macbook pro to connect to it wirelessly, its fine and works once I am on my home network.

    I cannot connect to it while out of the home network and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to set it up? I have remote access turned on and try to use the wd desktop app outside and it wont connect.
