At that mileage it could be due some major work as this is normally the most common reason the owner choses to sell on rather than spending out a lot of money. Flywheel and clutch could be due a change along with the timing belt and water pump. Check the service history for any receipts for any of these jobs done recently.

Any warranty with the car? I'd imagine at the price and mileage the garage will not be offering much in the way of warranty.
