Ballina mayo gyms

hi can anybody tell me are there any decent gym's in ballina? , im into weights but decent cardio and even steam room and pool would be a bonus, if so are they in the town itself or outside?

hotel ballina has a good gym and pool. well equipped and well run but it can be busy. the downhill hotel is at present closed down but it is supposed to opening again shortly and it had a decent gym and pool so keep an eye out for it opening.
then there are a couple of other gyms but they would not have a pool or sauna ect.
