Hi folks,

Anybody know any thing about HCL technologies or received a call in relation to the jobs advertised from them. Seems they keep on advertising for the same position everytime and till date i havent heard anybdy getting a call from them. Infact I reported their job listings to job portal services whn i noticed they no longer advertising the vacancies on their own website but still listed on other job portals...!!! Want to know if any of youz got any calls or updates????

I was wondering about this same thing, is it a gimmick because i called the office located where they were suppose to operate from & they said did not know the <snip> that has placed the adverts on irishjob.ie

Yeah pretty dodgy...!! But hey i forgot to tell you, i got an interview call from Yahoo.... 😊 i hope i dont screw it this time like i did last time...!!! Hope for the best.

What position are u looking to apply in HCL?

Congrats! That is great news by the way. I am looking for Sales or Technical support work. Pls keep me posted if you see anything in this area. it will be good to get any job in Microsoft, yahoo, google, linkedIn or any Multinational organisation.

Thank you PQ for the information and i'll definately keep u posted if i hear something.... I had my interview today, it was good and still have one more round to clear if I make it... So hope for the best....!!!!! They pretty much covered everything in the first round and I dont know what they'll ask in the second round if i make it through....!

Hopefully you'll have something coming your way, just keep applying & best of luck with your job search. Did you hear anything on HCL?

I applied for Service Support Specialist and seems I am still uncertain if they'll call me for second round interview.... though i thought i owned the first round and yeah i am not applying to HCL anymore. Have you tried sky?

HCL technologies have a section in Kilkenny, Bank of Ireland outsource there customer care there, minium wage bad working conditions,

Hey PQ... I was schedule for an interview today for the second round but it was cancelled at the last moment as the interviewer was unwell. Though I am hopeful they should reschedule the interview anytime this week....... anybody had any similar experience, where the interview was cancelled and then rescheduled? or is it something to do with the fact that they no longer want to hire me?

And yeah PQ, I applied to Yahoo directly via irishjobs.ie and I think you should do the same thing and also find a job posting that I came across on gumtree.ie. I applied, got a call the very next day and was asked to wait until the closing date which is this friday i.e 11th. so make sure you apply before the above date.... Best of luck. Thanks for the kind words, I had the interview today and it was just OK, don't think I will get the job... but let see? Did you apply for the customer service job from the link I sent you and any word on SKY? I'll be applying to SKY (customer service advisor) if I don't make it to yahoo. Will keep you updated.
