That one looks good. I tried every cheap one on Ebay a while ago, 4 different models, none of them survived 30km spin out around Enniskerry, all of them had some basic design flaw whether plastic screws that couldn't take the bumps etc, the most common one that Ebay is flooded with is variations of this:

Dont even be tempted, those ones arent even physically attached and will be gone after the first bump.

In the end I put a bag like this on my crossbar and it was the perfect solution as I wanted a bit more storage anyway:

I use the Topeak mount and dry bag for an old iPhone. The mount is 100% secure and doesn't take up much space on the stem of my handlebars.

Available in Halfords and most other bike shops I've been in.

Should have said, those bags have a layer of clear plastic on the top that lets you look at the phone, keep GPS lock and my one is capacitive so I can still press the screen through it aswell.

A word of warning about bags like this. I put one on my Trek commuter and took it off a couple of months later to find that it had taken a big chunk of paint off the frame. I don't mind so much as my commuter is just an entry level workhorse. But if you have a really nice bike, be careful about mounting any bag like this in contact with the paintwork

You can get the quadlock mounts and they clip onto the back of any phone, i got an otterbox case and used the quadlock on the back of it and then re quadlock bike mount.
