iPhone, iPad sync query?

I have an iPhone 5s and iPad Air. Both are obviously synced as if I take a photo on my phone it appears on my iPad. Same can be said when I download apps. However I don't want this to happen as my phone is personal and my iPad is for work.

Is there a way that I can stop this from happening and keep both devices seperate?

As in have two different Apple ID's? I'd rather just keep one if possible just not have everything syncing to both devices. There must be an option to turn off this on my iPad?

Turn off automatic downloads on your devices. Settings>Store>Automatic downloads

also turn off automatic syncing in iTunes that way you can manually pick which ones you want to sync.

totally unnecessarily compliacated, is iTunes. best thing I ever done was go Android.

If you don’t want photos taken on other devices showing on your iPad, disable Photostream in Settings > iCloud > Photos.

just turn off icloud on the ipad or just swipe the things you dont want to come in on it , there will be options under settings , then icloud the list will show up
