Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

They say a weed is just a plant in the wrong place. So true. Give us another perspective on mother nature's pariahs.

Water figwort, I like this plant as it is very structural with tiny purple flowers that the bees love. It spreads like a maniac though and I don't let all of them grow. It has an interesting square stem.

I agree with Fullblownrose - Dandelions are magnificent!

My father sat some queens in a small raised bed. They have been dug with about 3 weeks. I done some cleaning up yesterday and when I removed the timber frame I saw this lovely little weed (wildflower)
I have no name for it.

The flowers look like some kind of Cranesbill, but the foliage doesn't quite match that and it's a bit late in the year for cranesbill..they're lovely, whatever they are

I've spent the morning picking blackberries. I love late summer so hence my favourite weed

Seems to be a very good blackberry year this year, lots of hazelnuts too.
