Hi all, I'm sure it's been asked before so apologies I haven't been able to put my hand on previous threads. Negotiated personal injuries settlement, how long do the defense have to pay? My assumption is 28 days? Cheers all....

I recall from other threads on here that the average time is about 6 weeks.
