I've seen companies with cherry pickers power washing roof tiles. I'd imagine it's expensive.
I was told years ago that it is better not to clean roof tiles. I can't remember what the reason is but if it is true I'm sure someone will come on here with the reason. & you can be darn sure if I'm wrong there'll be plenty on here to say so.

Moss is very bad on tiles or slates as it grows it lifts them and gets harder to remove, get a roof ladder and a scraper and take your time then get some copper flashing and run a strip along under the top row of slates hanging down about 30mm and the moss will never grow again

+1 on the copper, only long term solution.

think I found the tool you mentioned im trying to clean my roof and looking how to do this. is it from this website https://roofscraper.co.uk/ ? once ive scraped the moss off, do I not need to apply a chemical to kill the remaining moss spores? or will the copper strip kill the moss and clean the tiles in time? not sure its safe to get up on the roof with a ladder might try from the ground would this be possible? thanks
